The Life Fitness Orlando Challenge
Life Fitness Orlando Challenge is a 12-week physical improvement weight loss contest. This contest will be run 3 times per year with weekly prizes and a $1000 grand prize. Contestants are encouraged keep a log of their progress and submit before and after photos and current weight. Congratulations on the decision to improve your life and get serious about weight loss!
Steps to success in your Life Fitness Orlando Challenge
- Register for the Challenge by sending an email with your before picture and current weight to Challenge “at” Lifefitnessorlando.com.
- Take your “Before” picture with a local newspaper to show the date on the newspaper of when the picture was taken.
- Diet alone will give you only limited results; contestants are exhorted to develop an exercise routine under your Doctors supervision.
- Start your Challenge — Follow your exercise and nutrition plan.
- After your 12 weeks is complete take your “After” photo with a local paper to show the date ended and have your weight and BMI (body mass index) recorded at one of our weigh in stations located at one of our sponsoring Health clubs.
- Write a short essay detailing your experience and feelings of your progression toward your goal. Send it to Challenge “at” Lifefitnessorlando.com— Per Challenge Rules and Regulations, we must receive your completed essay and photos within 10 days of the end date of your 12-week Challenge.
